Self-enforcing smart contract for DR tracking and control V2

This document will report about the fully functional framework layer for the control of DR flexibility services and energy transactions in low voltage grids. Smart contracts will be exploited for the implementation of a price-drive flexibility marketplace. Success Criteria: the document should include the layer design specification including specific mechanism for offer-demand matching and a novel tool for decentralized coordinated control mechanisms for microgrids.
