A decision tree algorithm, to be used as an instrument to establish integrated governance and monitoring processes for the Energy Union, ensuring the identification of the factors and mechanisms behind the energy choices and energy-related behaviour at European, regional, national and local/municipal level will all contribute to the Energy Union's objectives and contributing to the Energy Union's objectives and contributing to a prospective energy dialogue between former social units and policy-makers to support active engagement in managing the energy transition.
