VCEA Network Monitoring Mechanism for Saved Energy and Increased Comfort Level

A document in English will detail the mechanisms designed (outlined also in the VCEA Network Guidelines) to monitor the results of the support activities of the VCEA in terms of saved energy and increased comfort level of the vulnerable consumers / energy poor who have contacted and requested support from the trained VCEA member of the network.
