Translated Protocols, PDSs and AnnexAs

The published Protocols need to be translated into the languages of the early adopting countries. Experience from ICPEU has shown that translation can be challenging because the text is very technical and precise translation is essential in order to maintain the consistency of the protocols and with that the comparability of the energy efficiency projects developed with their assistance. The consortium envisage use of external translation service plus independent reviews by technical people, as well as input from the Consortium.
