Observation inventory

Contains the Observation inventory database based on GCI Information DAB and Copernicus services catalogues that will allow to assess the coherency continuity accuracy and accessibility of the information available It will provide an assessment of the availability and accessibility of data required to derive the information eg EV or to run the models that generate the forecasts and projections and it will support a prioritization of the gaps that need to be addressed
