This deliverable consists of a document that defines a project management procedure to be followed during the execution of the project including a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure WBS It will include a schedule per task responsible partner related subtasks related deliverables and dependencies on other tasks The PMP will be revised once before the end of the first reporting period and once before the end of the second reporting period This deliverable refers to task 71
