The WP2 deliverable will be a report on the activities of the NIGHT 2022 The report will include a complete programme for each of the 6 school locations as well for the 2 Venues It will include descriptive statistics including a count of visitors and of participant The report will cover participation in the our NIGHT citizen science experiments preliminary results and a section on lessons learn It will include a complete list of Marie SkodowskaCurie fellows involved in the event with name surname and projects grant agreement number A list of other fellows funded under the FP7Horizon2020 funded projects will be included The report will include 15 photos and one video in full compliance with the guidelines of the MSCA program as mentioned in the template Technically these will be delivered via a file server The photosvideo will be free to be potentially used by the European Commission for promotionalcommunication purposes In order to comply with regulations from the EU we will at open events use the following informationdisclaimer Photography and filming is taking place at this event today If you enter this area you may be filmed and have your picture taken By entering this area you are giving consent to the organisers and the European Commission to film photograph and to make sound recordings of you and to use such recordings and images at their discretion You hereby release the organisers and the European Commission from any liability in connection with the above We will make provisions to secure that in case anyone among the audience does not approve this possibility an easy2use form is available to make the coordinator of the NIGHT event able to delete any imagevideo containing this person before sending it to the European Commission for promotional purposes The report is free to be used by the Commission for promotionalcommunication purposes
