SCALE-UP Evaluation plan 2

This is the updated version of the SCALE-UP evaluation plan 1 (D7.2) that will define the evaluation tasks and delivery, both on a project level as for each of the SCALE-UP urban nodes. After 1 year the plan will be updated taking into account the first observations in the data collection work and possible updates in the SCALE-UP measures and strategies for integration. It refers to T7.2.
