Report on Requirements and Specifications of the Overall Concept (V1)

Results from T1.1. This deliverable will summarize the requirements and specifications that the RESTORE system should fulfill for its integration in the DHC networks. The deliverable will include requirements definition and specifications for the whole system as well as for the main innovative components (TCES and HP-ORC). Two versions of this deliverable are planned: V1: Requirements and specifications to be considered during the development of the RESTORE technologies (for M18).V2: Update on the requirement and specification based on the experience obtained during the project (for M47).
