Report on alternative primary materials

This report is the result of work performed in Task 2.3, listing the possible alternatives for commonly used primary materials, with a focus on local production (EU based), circularity (compatible with the recycled fibre), low impact (environmental performance) and availability and possibilities to scale (economic potential).
