Preliminary user requirements, stakeholder mapping

In this deliverable a preliminary user requirements analysis and a stakeholders map will be done. In particular, ACC will execute a stakeholder mapping based on partners input, desktop search and publicly available information to identify and evaluate the different users of the HEAT-INSYDE technologies. These include house owner, housing co-operatives, heat energy distributors, industrial users, municipality and other public organizations. - The consortium will evaluate the requirements of the various users to optimize their utility and needs which will be taken into account in WP2. Interviews of commercial and industrial stakeholders as well as of policy and decision makers will help to establish a position for reimbursement/incentives under EU regulations. - The consortium will evaluate requirements and possible concerns of users regarding safety of operation and guaranties of lifetime expectations as well as end-of-life scenarios and recycling/disposal. - ACC will use the findings from the stakeholder mapping to adapt the project communication strategy and measures of WP8 and thereby strengthen the user awareness raising.
