First and final analysis report on benchmarking

This task’s goal is to determine NCPs weak and strong points and training needs to create a base for trainings and twinning activities and, if needed, for the best practice seminars (Task 3.3). This will be done with an online questionnaire (D2.1) in M02. It will be developed with the support of the subtask leader IPPT-PAN and the sub task leader 2.1.1, BUAS, and will be based on state-of-the-art modelling of questionnaires used in the methodologies of the social sciences. The analysis of the data will take place during M03 and the results will determine the training topics (Task 2.3) and the match of trainers and trainees (see also task 2.1.1), D2.2 by M05. The Twinning visits (Task 2.4) will be also based on the outcome of this task. Whenever new MSCA NCPs join the network they will fill in the questionnaire as well in order to determine their needs and help develop the Welcome Package (T2.4).
