Final Report on the Google Group activities.

The aim of this task is to develop and maintain a Google Group (GG) dedicated to MSCA within H2020. The experiences of the past two NCP projects proved that this ad-hoc, informally created instrument was one of the most effective tools used daily by the MCA NCPs. It was evaluated by NCPs as one of the most valuable outcomes of the PEOPLE NCP projects, thanks to the possibility of receiving prompt answers and getting straight to the point. Within this project a more structured way to proceed with the Google Group is foreseen. The GG will serve as a forum where all the MSCA NCPs can post and discuss questions and problems related to the MSCA applications, project implementation, and political issues which lay behind the Actions. The project Coordinator will create the new GG for all the nominated MSCA NCPs (Task 1.2) and the Task leader (IPPT PAN) will maintain it. To increase its impact moderators (implemented at M1) will: (1) Monitor and answer every question sent to the GG within 2 working days; (2) Initiate discussions and answer other questions sent directly to task members and questions concerning inconsistencies in official documents (GfA, WP, GA). The foreseen average number of such questions will be 3 per month. Moderators will forward questions that they cannot answer to NPCs experienced in the topic (following the results of Task 2.1 Benchmarking) or to the stakeholders (REA, EC, IPR Helpdesk). The questions to the REA and the EC will be prepared in cooperation with Task 4.2 (Working Group: REA-EC-NCP). The most interesting issues raised will serve as input for the best practice meetings.
