Report on Training on the use of SoMe

Summary
The goals of the task will be achieved through work via several communication channels: a) Facebook (FB) presence; b) LinkedIn presence; c) Twitter Feed; d) Blog; e) Project Youtube channel. All channels serve slightly different target audiences and means: - FB: the younger demographic which are our future applicants for the fellowships and ITN fellows - LinkedIn: A tool which is popular for the professionals (e.g. project managers) - Twitter: Both target audiences, but less than a discussion forum, this serves the purpose of breaking news, e.g. when results are published or the SEP faces difficulties - Blog: For beneficiaries as well as the MSCA NCPs an excellent Data Repository for FAQ. The blog will be ‘fed’ from the Google group mentoring and the outcome of the best practice seminars and trainings - Net4Mobility Youtube Channel: This will be the platform for the webinars to be held in the framework of the project and the promotion videos produced in task 4.3. In WP5 ‘Communication and Networking’ in the former NCP Project PeopleNetwork+ we gained considerable experience with the presence of the project on the platforms Twitter (114 followers for PN+), FB (180 ‘Likes’ for PN+), LinkedIn (147 members) and the FAQ-Blog (102,693 views by now). As the internal project communication will also be carried out by Euresearch in their function as coordinator (WP1), synergies can be created and smooth and efficient communication towards all the target groups (the scientific community and their support structure, future beneficiaries, any other stakeholders) is guaranteed. IPPT-PAN (PL) will support the task leader by feeding the blog with the output of the Google group mentoring (Task 3.1) and the best practice seminars (T3.3.). IUA (IE) will provide input and feedback on the content and provide a language check for the published topics.
