Set-up of internal communication tool Google Mailing list

Constant and daily contacts via email, telephone, the project web site functionalities (restricted area for NCPs) and other dedicated tools such as the Google mailing lists will assure the communication flow within Net4Mobility. To better manage the communication flow, Euresearch will develop 3 different Google mailing lists at the start of the project: the first will be dedicated to SC members, the second to GA members, and the third to all NCPs (beneficiary and Partner Organisations). These mailing lists will be updated regularly. The restricted area for NCPs in the project’s website will be used for sharing common documents and information within the Network, such as e.g. the minutes of the SC meetings after they have been adopted.
