Event, weather and multilingual data services specification

This deliverable provides the specifications for processing multi-lingual text data and for accessing core data using multiple languages in compliance with specifications from D1.1 and D1.2 and according to the needs of individual business cases. Also this deliverable explains how the selected or defined formats and vocabularies increase interoperability within and outside the project. It is related to T1.3 and T1.4.
