First operational real-time SDR platforms

This deliverable will include the Year 1 implementation results on the available SDR platforms and the risk analysis whether all scenarios defined in WP2 are possible for real-time prototyping in the testbed facilities. This deliverable will also include a plan for functionality to be implemented in the upcoming year.
