Report on the second field exercise and evaluation workshop

Report with the findings and lessons learnt from the second field exercise that will be issued 2 months after the event. It will apply the Work Package 1 recommendations specifically to the Italian context referring where possible to organisational aspects (e.g. skills, technological capabilities, SOPs, interagency information sharing routines), as well as the regulatory frameworks, and the institutional mandates (e.g. command & control lines).
