Report on the third field exercise and evaluation workshop

Report with the findings and lessons learnt from the third field exercise that will be issued 2 months after the event. The report will encapsulate revised processes, procedures and tools for validation and evaluation. It will also apply the Work Package 1 recommendations specifically to the Belgium context referring where possible to organisational aspects (e.g. skills, technological capabilities, SOPs, interagency information sharing routines), as well as the regulatory frameworks, and the institutional mandates (e.g. command & control lines).
