Final Event

Organise final conference (full day; approx. 150 participants) The final conference should be a high-level and memorable event. This requires specific action not only in terms of contents (prominent speakers, attention to invited media, etc) but also in terms of stage design and concept. The closing event must be designed as a show, with sound and light design, with a real storyboard of events, including potential video display, artists on stage, happenings in the conference rooms, etc.
