Report on WCE mission, organisation and strategy plan

A report concerning the formulation of detailed mission of WCE, the organization structure that will ensure its realization and the strategy plan for its implementation. The mission will show the directions of WCE development, its research focus and potential routes for the exploitation of WCE generated knowledge.
