Definition of operational strategy

The full-envelope operational strategy for the X-rotor is to be fully specified in this task. For all wind speeds, the rotational speeds of the primary and secondary rotors, the torques of the primary and secondary rotors and the pitch angle of upper blades on the primary rotor are to be defined such that that the constraints on the rotational speed of the generators, tip speeds and structural loads are met.
