"Reporting on the implementation of three tools and interfaces for decision-making support, knowledge transfer and awareness (standalone tool for policy-makers, simulation game, web-based awareness tool). Two main target groups are involved in the outcomes of this task: policy-makers (together their advisers) and civil society, although experts would be also able to make use of any of the tools.
