Final Report on Feasibility of the X-Rotor Concept

The final report will include input from Strathclyde and GE on the feasibility of the X-Rotor concept based on the project findings. This deliverable will be considered successfully complete when the feasibility of the X-Rotor is determined and the report delivered to the executive management group.
