Best practice guidelines for engaging citizens in the pilots and metrics for diversity and inclusion

The task deliverable will consist of a deep analysis of the drivers and inhibitors of citizen behaviour regarding adoption of pro-environmental behaviours, specifically air quality related ones, such as the adoption of air quality improvement solutions. For that, a tailor-made conceptual model will be developed and tested, allowing to better understand citizen behaviour and increase their engagement in air quality improvement actions.
