D2.2 refers to Task 2.2. It aims to present the models and smart control schemes that can provide flexibility from electricity to heat systems for the optimised operation of the energy networks in the communities. It also reports techno-economic aggregation models developed for economic operation and promotion of high shares of local renewable energy in the local energy systems.
