D7.1 refers to task 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3. The deliverable reports the evaluation of level and stage of involvement from the end-users in the energy transition. Also, the analysis of the social acceptance and the role of end-users in development and operation in local energy systems are also presented in the report. Verified by the social impact assessment on the implementation of the pilot activities at the various sites.
