Final Report on Design of multimodal hubs and network optimization

This report will update D3.1, including: the design multimodal hubs in the SCALE-UP urban areas considering the interaction of multiple transport modes; the Analysis and implementation of network optimisations. It will describe the final implementations in T3.2, T3.3 and T3.4.
