Final Report on Implementation of data-driven strategies and tools

This report will update D4.1, including: the analysis and implementation of a data framework with new approaches for data capturing, advanced data analytics and business intelligence; regulatory framework translated into open data services. It will describe the final implementations in T4.2, T4.3 and T4.4.
