Product Circular Design Decisions Framework overview and Technical Description

Linked to T3.3. Provides the Product Circular Design Decisions Framework overview and technical descriptions for the CircThread projects including as outcomes: An overview of the current state of the VESPER tool and its capabilitie, a summary of the data schema extension for computing product component design alternatives for extended lifespan and improving disassemblability, scenario examples that describe the trade-offs between sustainability and manufacturing cost trade-offs, and a description of similarity metrics for parts for selection of alternatives that can then be run in the scenarios. The technical output will be used in T6.5 for delivery of VESPER as a CircThread service.
