HOLiFOOD infrastructure & demonstrators deployment report

Task 6.1 This task will coordinate with & participate in the horizontal meetings of the WP4 LLs in order to collect, analyse and process requirements that stakeholdershave in terms of data, models and computation that the HOLiFOOD infrastructure should offer to each pilot. Frequent interactions and revisions with all LLs will take place, to update and validate these requirements, as WP4 work continues. Task 6.2.This task includes: the development of services for data & knowledgeintegration/publication (AGROKNOW), services for predictive models integration/publication (CREME), the deployment of an HPC Infrastructure for hosting & computation (CREME), the creation of a shared encrypted database with private/confidential data (CREME), as well as additional services such as federated querying & learning services (WR). Task 6.3. This task will develop, enhance and evolve the software tools that will be used to support decision support scenarios within WP4 pilots.
