Interim Sustainability and Commercialisation Roadmap for HOLiFOOD

Task 7.6. Exploitation (M6-M48). Task leader: AGROKNOW. Participants: CREME, WFSR, UVMB, APRE. This task will carry out a focused market research on organisations to target and engage as users of the HOLiFOOD infrastructure and the piloted decision support tools. These are expected to be (a) EU organisations developing risk mitigation & management software and (b) public sector authorities & agencies. It will also develop a data and technology governance mechanism, set up the appropriate entity to further operate and sustain the HOLiFOOD infrastructure and the piloted decision support tools. It will build upon the existing governance structure of The FSM data and technology ecosystem, as it aims to continue and expand existing work. Finally, it will design, execute and monitor a community engagement and partnership development strategy to help develop the ecosystem of data, services and users around the HOLiFOOD infrastructure.
