Data Management Plan and IPR Strategy

Task 8.1 This task will explore the possibilities of open data exploitation within HOLiFOOD and will monitor the generated data privacy and confidentiality-wise, ensuring that legal and ethical standards for data generation, use, storage, and sharing are applied. DMP will be created (D8.1), outlining how collected, processed, and generated data will be handled during HOLiFOOD and after its completion, always pursuing data interoperability. The task will also deal with the management of project knowledge, ensure proper implementation and maintenance of the legal aspects of the partnership as described in the Consortium Agreement (CA), and also monitor the adherence to the CA and IPR management strategy. Since the DMP is expected to mature during the project, a more developed version of the plan will be included in a later deliverable (D8.3 in M48). The support of the coordinator of the project and input from the whole consortium is necessary to collect information on data flow and subject matter protectable under intellectual property law.
