Individualised road mappings of co-created services

These roadmaps shall contain the main characteristics of the newly created service, an implementation roadmap, and extra features such as the needed infrastructure, network, and expertise required for its implementation. It will also include a simplified user-journey to promote a higher level of engagement and increase efficiency of the service delivery. This document will have a total length of maximum 5 pages.
