Social communication and participation strategy

This deliverable will define the communication and participation strategy that the project will follow to contact and stablish a continuous and bi-directional communication channel with local stakeholders. The deliverable will detail the main communication tools to be used, messages, a preliminary schedule for participation activities with local stakeholders and a set of indicators to evaluate the efficiency of the communication and participation strategy.
