Controller for X-Rotor

A full envelope controller for the X-rotor concept is to be delivered. It is to be designed using the operational strategy, D4.1, the simulation model, D4.2 and linear models, D4.3. All implementation issues, such as nonlinear aerodynamics, actuator constraints and switching between modes are to be addressed.
