D1.4 version 1: Data Management Plan 1

This plan will cover the HE data management requirements, including at least the aspects related to data formats, data usage, protocols for data exchange, data sovereignty and ownership, data sharing principles, data confidentiality, data portability, and compliance with EC regulations about personal data.(Task 1.3)
