Risk management plan (first version)

The first version of the risk management plan contains quality procedures that will be used throughout the project. This plan is based on the preliminary identified risks and is monitored regularly. The plan includes the definition and updating of metrics to assess the quality of the realised solutions, a risk assessment plan to identify potential deviations or setbacks during the project and to prepare recovery actions if necessary.
