Summary of improvement proposals

ERA Chair will identify weaknesses in management processes that hamper more efficient multi-level functioning and present improvement proposals within T4.2, building on the experience of his/her previous top-level positions at international institutions. The proposed improvements will be presented and discussed at the regular meetings of Dean's Advisory Board and Scientific Council.Measures to transfer good practices and extensive experience through improvement suggestions at the institutional advisory level will be complemented by personal meetings with representatives of individual institutional areas at the level of university, faculty and the research center management. The individual reports on coordination meetings will be matter of internal reporting towards the Project Coordinator.
