Project Management Plan (1st update)

This is the first update of the Project Management Plan. It will include all potential changes with regard to communication procedures among partners issues as well as with the European Commission and the Advisory Board.It will include a revision of the Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) submitted in M3.It will also include a revision of the schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks.
