Project Management Plan

This document will include all relevant information regarding communication procedures among partners, to the European Commission and with the External Advisory Board. It will cover interface management practices as well as principles for quality assurance.Additionally, this deliverable will include a detailed Project Management Plan with a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and a schedule per task including the responsible partner of related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks.
