Stakeholder Engagement Protocol

The stakeholder engagement protocol will support these stakeholder interactions and present a consistent approach. As a minimum, entails (I) meta-data and analysis of the stakeholder data base; (II) instructions on how stakeholders are to be approached, covering issues such as confidentiality, sensitivity and scientific transparency; (III) stakeholder-analysis based on key informant interviews covering topics such as power-interest grid, stakeholder-issue diagram, problem-frame stakeholder map and an ethical analysis grid.
