Ethical training workshop for researchers and staff

Participating staff and researchers for the experiments will be trained (in a remote or on-site training) by an invited ethics specialist to respect all participating people and their human dignity and about the protection of values rights and interests of the participants. The training will further cover the fair distribution of research benefits as well as non-discriminatory practices and fair treatment. Also, it will cover methods to ensure that no psychological, social, legal, economic or environmental harm is expected for the participants. All project personnel will be trained in the importance of confidentiality of individual records and required to sign a confidentiality agreement
