Quality and risk management plan

This deliverable will comprise the quality plan for the HYFUELUP project and the risk planning and monitoring procedures to be used by the consortium. The document will outline rules, mechanisms and processes established to maintain a high-quality level in project implementation and corresponding results. It will also detail procedures to identify and monitor risks, describing the actions that are needed to prepare and implement a proper contingency plan. Both the list of risks and the contingency plan will be regularly reviewed and updated during the execution of the project, on topics where it will be required and according to the results that will be achieved.
