Water management information system - V1

This deliverable is the first version of a Water Management Information System (WMIS) which relates to Task 3.5 - Front end-application for reservoir information management. A front end-application for reservoir information management built on top of the existing TWIGA platform will be used to provide the information from Tasks 3.1 to 3.4 to operators. This will be run with Kubernetes using Docker containers for the various software (models) and products from WPs 5-8.
