Operational large scale soil moisture maps - V1

This deliverable is a first version of operational large scale soil moisture maps and relates to Task 6.3 - Calibrated large scale soil moisture maps whereby we prepare soil maps with a resolution of 1km for the Volta and Luangwa Basins, with continent-wide scalability and low latency of 2 days. Updates will use rainfall maps (Task 5.2) and TAHMO-based evaporation estimates to run a simple water balance for the root zone. The assimilation of in situ and satellite data allows for calibration and error estimation. All scalable through Kubernetes/Dockers on Copernicus’ DIAS.
