Modular Flood Early Warning System

This deliverable is a report on the set up of a modular Flood Early Warning System as a minimum viable product (MVP) that can be enhanced with additional modules and data sets with time using the TEMBO Lego™-ised system. The development of this will start in M1 since not all pieces are needed to derive the MVP. It relates to activities in Task 2.1 - Set up a modular Flood Early Warning System.
