Summary
Consolidated report with assessement of genetic distances between tsetse populations in order to identify isolated populations that could be targeted for elimination. This will be done in Mozambique for G. brevipalpis populations between southern Mozambique and Central Mozambique (Gorongosa National Park) [M30]; in Senegal (Sine Saloum region), for G. p. gambiensis and G. m. submorsitans [M36]; and in Cte dIvoire after identification of potential suitable areas for elimination using Maxent modelling [M36].
