Second progress report on research clusters WP3 and research workshop

Annual summary of the progress made in the research clusters of WP3 and of the research workshop co-organised with the China team of the EU East StratCom Task Force in Brussels and Hybrid CoE in Helsinki to map out the key academic, civil society and official actors seeking to document China’s rapidly changing information manipulation activities in Europe and discussing possible responses to them at the EU level. Policy recommendations and findings will be presented at the ECKF conferences.
