M-Sec pilots definition, setup and citizen involvement plan

EU leader: AYTOSAN; JP leader: NTTE Report providing the concrete definition of the pilots, details on how, when and where they will be set up, and the plan for engaging and committing the participation of the citizens and the stakeholders. This deliverable will also include the procedures and criteria that will be used to identify/recruit research participants, and the informed consent procedures that will be implemented for the participation of humans.
